CNC Production Engineer – Miller

We are seeking a capable CNC Production Engineer to machine components to high quality standards, in a timely manner ensuring production schedules are met.

The Successful candidate will be a good team worker and have experience of Fanuc and/ or Siemens controls for CNC Machines, ideally in a precision engineering environment. The engineer will have experience of programming, setting and operating mills e.g. XYZ VMC. and be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Main roles will include:

  • Programming, setting and operating the CNC machines indicated above.
  • To ensure all jobs are registered onto the computer system so production work can be accounted for accurately
  • Maintaining machines on a daily basis including regular checks of coolant and oil levels.

This role is based in Blatchford Road, Horsham. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.


Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician

We are looking to recruit an experienced Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician on a permanent, full time basis working across 3 sites within a 7 mile radius of Horsham. This will be an extremely varied and practical role which includes anything from completing basic tasks, such as changing light bulbs, to internal building projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Carrying out a variety of general site repairs and maintenance work such as painting and decorating, gardening, minor electrical and plumbing tasks
  • Planned and reactive maintenance of equipment
  • Liaise with sub-contractors as and when required
  • Ensure maintenance and repairs are correctly carried out for all machinery including fork lift truck and liaise with line managers for documentation
  • Maintaining equipment and tools under guidance from line manager
  • Working alongside health & safety to ensure all actions and risk assessments are carried out in a safe manner
  • PAT testing of portable electrical appliances
  • Driving Fork Lift Truck for general store work

The successful candidate will be required to complete work to a high standard in a timely manner, with the ability to prioritise more important tasks.

Essential requirements include:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Multi trade background or experience of working in a maintenance role with excellent DIY practical skills
  • Strong attention to detail with high standards of professional workmanship
  • Be able to work independently and get jobs completed in an effective way
  • Have a 'can do’ attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • A flexible and methodical approach to work
  • Fantastic problem-solving skills
